Fully embodying the breath allows a release of unhelpful tensions and allows for a fuller breath, your lungs are only as malleable as your musculoskeletal system is flexible.
Lightening and regulating the breath allows for better breathing efficiency, by making our breathing effortless we enter a state of effortless flow where we can experience pure bliss and total presence as well as numerous benefits to our mental and physical health.
Transformation is an opportunity to visualise, to ask your higher self what it is you’re really seeking, tap into your inner wisdom and trust your Intuition. The subconscious mind does not know the difference between something we are experiencing and something we are imagining, by visualizing that which we want more of in our lives, we begin to take on the persona of the being that inhabits all we are visualizing. Georgie also offers 121 work from addressing dysfunctional breathing patterns related to anxiety or asthma, improving sports performance to getting more in touch with your authentic self and being unapologetically YOU.
